The hot springs district, used often as a retreat. In contrast to the rest of the city the lower levels near the naturally occurring hot springs are considered the wealthy parts of the city with places higher in elevation being delegated to lower incomes. There is an entire bubble underground dedicated to reproducing the natural day/night effects of various homeworlds.
